  • Please remember to bring sufficient spending money to purchase any items you may wish to buy whilst on your shopping trip.

  • You will be offered a choice of dates to rebook if extreme weather conditions lead to the cancellation of your Personal Shopping Experience.

You don't have to wait for your Gift Pack, which will be posted within 3 working days of your booking. Please call us on 0844 249 0099 to activate.

It is essential that you complete a separate booking for each gift certificate. This will ensure that each gift receives an individuals voucher. This also applies if booking two different experiences for the same gift recipient.

* Special delivery option guarantees next working day delivery for all orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed on a Friday before 4pm may arrive Saturday or Monday.
