A 1 hour Floatation Therapy session, which is recognised as the most effective stress relief tool available, is not only incredibly relaxing, it's also the best known method of achieving the deepest rest humanly possible.
Your Floatation Therapy Experience takes place in a temperature controlled water and Epsom salts solution, ensuring you float without effort. You can choose to float in silence or with music, and choose the level of lighting in which you feel most comfortable.
As you float, your body produces endorphins - nature's painkillers; your circulation improves, aching joints are relieved and the stresses and strains of everyday life simply float away. And, at the end of your Floatation Therapy Experience – you'll emerge feeling refreshed, renewed and completely wonderful!

What's Included:
The floatation therapy session will last for approximately 1 hour, but allow up to 1.5 hours at the studio.
Staff will answer any questions and discuss any concerns you may have before your floatation session.
Feel free to bring someone to wait in the studio whilst you are floating or you could treat them to a floatation therapy session of their own - we woudl be happy to sell you an additional voucher.
The room in which your floatation therapy experience takes place has its own shower and is completely private, so you need not bring swimwear unless preferred.
Please bring your own toiletries and towel for showering.
