The Italian Pasta Cooking Class is your chance to learn how to prepare, cook and present all your favourite pasta dishes! On this half day course, you'll be using the freshest ingredients including vine ripened tomatoes, pancetta, olives, tender chicken and fragrant Italian herbs.
Learn how to make a wide variety of sauces and pasta fillings, create your own pasta dishes, or perhaps have a go at making ciabatta. Refreshments, a recipe booklet and containers to take home your work are all supplied. These cookery lessons are not only hands-on, educational and lots of fun, they're also very popular so book now to avoid disappointment!
