The ideal gift experience of hovercraft racing. The skills required to drive one of these unique craft are good balance, fine judgement and forward thinking. The skills are different enough from go karting or any other land-based racing to put everyone on a level playing field from the start. The craft you race are thoroughbred Formula 25 racers with a proven winning pedigree. Expertly designed, they have been created to provide you with a strong, safe machine that will provide all the thrills of racing, but without the risks.
So put your skills to the test in your own single seat hovercraft, and join in the race around this purpose built land course. A great experience to share with friends!
Whats Included
Hovercraft Racing Half Day: INCLUDED
- Following a safety briefing and demo, you'll learn the basics of flying these exciting machines (under supervision) - and quickly learn that it's not as easy as the instructors make it look!
- Having mastered control of your craft, you will move to the Hover Cross track - flying the hovercraft over land and water around our track in a series of pursuit and relay races against other customers.
- We then stop for a quick break and refreshments
- To end the day every person completes 1 lap of the track to enter into our flying fish challenge with the fastest time of the year being presented with a free day to spend with us again. You will also be presented with a certificate from the day with us.
- Please allow up to 4 hours at the track
Hovercraft Racing Half Day: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum height 5'. Maximum 6' 6".
- 18 stone maximum weight.
- Minimum age is 12 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

- Friends and family are welcome to watch your hovercraft racing half a day, but no dogs please.
Hovercraft Racing Half Day: SUITABLE CLOTHING
- Wear comfortable old clothes and bring something dry to change into, as hovercraft racing can be a wet and muddy experience!

- If your hovercraft racing half a day is cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a choice of dates to rebook.
